Swanage Walking for Health run short walks in Swanage every Tuesday morning. The group usually split into two groups depending on the abilities of those attending, with one of the options being to walk on Swanage Pier.

Underwater Photograph Exhibition on the Pier 

Wednesday 21st August- Sunday 8th September 

We are very privileged to be showing some of Paul and Alison Pettitt's amazing underwater photographs of what is hidden under the Pier. One of which came runner-up in the British Waters Macro category of the Underwater Photographer of the Year 2019.

Weather dependent, normal admission to the Pier applies.


Park to Pier Walk: Jurassic Coast

Saturday 14th September @ 10.30am from Durlston 

Find out why Swanage and Durlston Bays exists and how they formed. Learn about the types of rocks seen and the environments they formed in, and also the geological structure of the area.  £3

Swanage Pier Wedding Fair

Sunday 22nd September - 10.00am - 2.00pm

Come along and find out how you can make this unique setting a part of your special day, with the finest views of Swanage bay.

A marquee will be erected at the end of the Pier by Chique marquees, so you can visualise how the day will look, along with Polly from Blue Bay Events and Dorset Registration Service on hand to answer all of your questions about getting married at this beautiful setting.

Light up Swanage Pier

Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October 

Come and be submerged in a colourful light display. With the Lamp post illuminated you will be led up to an immersive light show at the end of the pier. 

The top deck will be washed with colourful lighting, with the underneath of the pier set with changing lights to music, creating waves over the deck and across the water. 

Saturday 26th at 6.45pm
Kevin Burke brings his enormously popular fire show to Swanage for the first time! Featuring fire-eating, fire-blowing and fire juggling, and all done with Kevin's trademark twist of humour, this is a show that will quite literally warm your cockles!

Sunday 27th at 6.15pm & 7.15pm
Kevin will be performing his amazing glow show, with an array of light-up juggling props all performed to an entrancing musical accompaniment, this show is both a joy to the heart and a feast for the senses!"

Its going to be a weekend of spectacular light and colour on Swanage Pier 

Adults - £3.00 per person 
Children - £1.00 per child
Under 5 free
