Swanage Pier Photography Exhibition

To celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the opening of the ‘new Pier’, we have created a photo exhibition to take you through the history of Swanage Pier.

Photographs will be displayed at the end of the Pier until the end of August.

Park to Pier Walk

Saturday 8th October  - 10.30am

Meeting at Durlston Castle, join a Ranger for a stroll from Durlston Castle to Swanage  Pier, on the way discovering the history, wildlife and geology of Durlston Bay. Once you reach the Pier, you will have the opportunity for a history talk led by a Pier Volunteer.

Adult - £5.00
Child - £3.00
No booking required just turn up on the day.

Swanage Pier Quiz Night 

Tuesday 11th October 

Come along to our fun quiz night and raise money for Swanage Pier!

Arrive 7pm for 7.30pm start
Tickets £5 per person
Teams of up to 6 people

Halloween Fun on Swanage Pier

Saturday 22nd -Sunday 30th October 

Join us at Swanage Pier this Half Term, with our new Spooky Trail!!!   

Come and find the spooky creatures hidden on the Pier and find the witches' hats, to solve the hidden Halloween message!

Once you have discover all of the spooky items on the Pier, hand in your sheet at the Pier gift shop to be rewarded with a treat and be entered into our draw to win Halloween goodies.

£1.00 per trail sheet

Normal adult admission to the pier applies



Swanage Pier History Walk

Wednesday 26th October - 2.30pm

Enjoy a tour following in the footsteps of the Victorians in a stroll along the pier, a  pleasure that has been enjoyed by generations.

Experience a breath of fresh air and great views while learning about the history of the pier told by one of our Volunteers.

Tours start at the gatehouse, normal admission applies to the Pier.
