A visit to Santa's Grotto is the highlight of the season, giving children the chance to meet Father Christmas, share their Christmas wishes, and enjoy a festive experience they'll remember for years to come.
What to Expect
From the moment you arrive at our Winter Wonderland, you'll be surrounded by twinkling lights, seasonal music and festive fun. Meet our friendly elves, capture family photos in Father Christmas's sleigh or our snowy mountain cable car, get creative in the Christmas craft corner and enjoy a range of festive games and activities. Write your Christmas wishes, post them in our magical post box, and then make your way to meet Father Christmas himself. 🎅🎄
Our festive fun days include all of the above, plus the chance to meet our adorable Christmas donkeys and Father Christmas's reindeer before they head off to deliver presents on Christmas Eve. Enjoy Kevin Burke's unique blend of Christmas entertainment, featuring dazzling magic, juggling and delightful balloon creations. Also returning for a second year is our Pier Christmas Choir, performing favourite festive classics and helping to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.

Santa's Grotto is suitable for children aged 2 to 10 years. Older children are welcome to enjoy the experience too.
