FUNDRAISING MANAGER
THIS POST IS JOINTLY FUNDED BY SWANAGE PIER TRUST AND SWANAGE RAILWAY TRUST
SALARY CIRCA £45,000
Swanage Pier and Swanage Railway have jointly developed an initiative to recruit a Fundraising Manager to raise funds for the two Dorset based charities.
This full-time post will be evenly divided between the two organisations on a 2½ day week basis and will report separately to the relevant management structure of each organisation.
The charities are looking to recruit a dynamic individual with a successful track record and experience in grant applications, special events, community fundraising, committed giving, business/sponsorship initiatives etc.
Effective fundraising is an essential part of the sustainability plans for both organisations. The successful candidate will develop fundraising strategies to help maintain and preserve these important heritage assets.
