A visit to Santa's Grotto is the highlight of the season, giving children the chance to meet Father Christmas, share their Christmas wishes and enjoy a festive experience they'll remember for years to come.
From the moment you arrive at our Winter Wonderland, you'll be surrounded by twinkling lights, seasonal music and festive fun. Meet our friendly elves, capture family photos in Father Christmas's sleigh or our snowy mountain cable car, get creative in the Christmas craft corner and enjoy a range of festive games and activities. Then don't forget to post your Christmas wishes in our magical post box before heading off to meet Father Christmas himself. 🎅🎄
