Underwater Photograph Exhibition

From Friday 14th June 

Come and discover the world beneath the Pier. 

We are very privileged to be showing some of Paul and Alison Pettitt's amazing underwater photographs of what is hidden under the Pier. 

The exhibition is on the lower deck of the Pier, so is weather dependent. 

Normal admission to the Pier applies.

Park to Pier Walk

Sunday 20th October at 10.30am

Meeting at Durlston Castle, join a Ranger for a stroll from Durlston Castle to Swanage Pier, on the way discovering the history, wildlife and geology of Durlston Bay. Once you reach the Pier, you will have the opportunity for a history talk led by a Pier Volunteer.

Adult - £5.00
Child - £3.00

No booking required just turn up on the day.

Halloween Fun on Swanage Pier 

Halloween Trail 

Saturday 26h October - Sunday 3rd November

Join us at Swanage Pier this half term for our new spook-tacular Trail!!

Explore the Pier to find the hidden spooky creatures and solve the Halloween riddle! Completing our Halloween-themed quiz on the way.

After you’ve found all the spooky items and completed the quiz, hand in your sheet at the Pier gift shop to claim your prize and be entered into our draw to win exciting Halloween goodies!

£1.50 per sheet

Normal Adult Admission to the Pier applies

Halloween Crafts

Thursday 31st October - 11am - 3pm

It’s time to get crafty this October half term, creating Halloween themed masterpieces. Perfect for the upcoming spookiest time of the year, led by our lovely volunteers.

Drop in between 11.00am and 3.00pm on Thursday 31st October.  

£2.00 per child for as many scary Crafts as you can make!

 


November

Tale of Two Piers Tour 

Friday 1st November - 2.30pm

Enjoy a tour following in the footsteps of the Victorians in a stroll along the pier, a  pleasure that has been enjoyed by generations.

Experience a breath of fresh air and great views while learning about the history of the pier told by one of our Volunteers.

Tours start at the gatehouse, normal admission applies to the Pier.
