Trip the Light Fantastic on Swanage Pier

Swanage Pier will be lit up with a spectacular display of colourful lights on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October 2019.

The immersive lighting display will cover the whole Pier. Lamp posts will be illuminated, leading visitors up to the light show at the end of the Pier where visitors will be bathed in a wash of colourful lighting. The lighting on the lower deck will be set to music, immersing visitors in light waves and creating a glow across the surrounding water.

On Saturday night, outside Marine Villas, Kevin Burke will be performing his enormously popular fire show in Swanage for the first time, featuring fire-eating, blowing and juggling. On Sunday night, there will be two performances of his amazing glow show, set to music, with an array of illuminated juggling props.

Ben Adeney, Chief Executive Swanage Pier Trust, said, “the Trust is delighted to provide this exciting experience for the first time on Swanage Pier and we look forward to welcoming visitors and the local community to the event.”

Refreshments will be available from a Tuk Tuk on the Pier, provided by the 1859 Café.

Tickets:

Adults - £3.00

Children - £1.00
